The following is the list of our customer sales policy.  These terms and conditions are applicable to any order placed with us.

Returned checks: A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Shipping: We require a min order of $40.00 for Free Shipping. Products are shipped out within 24 hrs to 1 week of receiving order. Any orders less than 40.00 weight is applied to shipping for the item.

Back orders

Return Policy: Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products there is variation in color texture size and finish, as well as irregularities. These are not flaws. Please call within 10 days of receiving products to report any damages. No returns will be accepted after 10 days and must be received in original packaging. Price tagged or shop worn merchandise may not be returned. There is a 20% restocking charge on all returned products.
